Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Asset Manager III to manage a campus CEP and mentor the owner's staff on energy usage. Responsibilities include overseeing CEP O&M, coordinating with contractors, and guiding energy strategies for multiple facilities as part of a larger campus effort.

Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of codes, and excellent communication. Travel 10–25% is required; ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree and PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites or central plant operations.
• Knowledge of building codes and associated standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and improvements.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies and CEP operations.
• Manage CEP operations, maintenance including contractors.
• Oversee maintenance reserves for CEP and coordinate with EPC team.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support teams.
