Qualifications

• 6+ years managing multiple sites or central plant operations or equivalent.
• Familiar with building codes and industry standards.

• Knowledge of CEP operations and energy management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and guide improvements.
• Mentor owner staff on energy strategies and CEP operations.
• Manage CEP O&M including subcontractors and service providers.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for CEP.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC.
• Train Plant Operators and develop Operating Manual.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support.
