Amrize North America Inc. is actively seeking a Milling Machine Operator for our Asphalt division in the United States.

You will accurately remove existing pavement to the required depth and grade, ensuring a smooth surface ready for repaving, while coordinating with paving crews and equipment operators to maintain workflow. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on milling experience, read project plans precisely, and adhere to safety and traffic control standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating asphalt milling machines in the paving industry.
• Strong understanding of milling techniques and pavement surface requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machines to remove asphalt and concrete surfaces to specified depths and grades.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with paving crews, trucks, and other equipment operators to maintain workflow.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on milling machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and traffic control requirements at all times.
