Job summary

ASIC North, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Time ASIC Design for Test Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-reliability ASICs.

You will architect and implement DFT structures for block and chip‑level designs, develop timing constraints, generate and simulate test patterns, and ensure coverage metrics meet stringent requirements. The role requires 5+ years in ASIC design for test, a BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and familiarity with scan, MBIST, and DFT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ASIC design for test experience with relevant coursework
• Experience with Design for Test concepts such as scan, MBIST, BSCAN
• Experience with Static Timing Analysis and logic simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Design for Test structures for block and chip-level ASIC designs
• Develop test timing constraints and generate test patterns
• Simulate test patterns and verify test coverage metrics
• Collaborate with customer team to ensure robust DFT solutions
