Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10+ years of account management experience in fine art logistics or related fields.
• Proven success managing complex, high-value client accounts and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts and act as trusted advisor on logistics strategy.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to drive growth.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support pricing strategies.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and highest service standards.
• Mentor Account Managers and junior team members to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and global offices to ensure service consistency.
• Monitor profitability, provide forecasting and performance insights to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
