With 5+ years in account management within fine art logistics or luxury services, you will coordinate cross-functionally across dispatch, operations, and finance to deliver seamless, compliant shipments and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of account management experience within fine art logistics, auction, design, or luxury services.
• Proven record of managing complex, high-value client portfolios.
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, import/export compliance, and project costing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Moveware or The Studio advantageous (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
• Lead end-to-end management of domestic and international shipments, within budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, art handling, crating, storage, and finance to ensure smooth projects.
• Prepare and manage customs and compliance documentation, including permits.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with wider Cadogan Tate network.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business.
