Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7–10+ years of account management experience in fine art logistics, auction houses, luxury services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-value client accounts and revenue portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive growth, profitability, and retention.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations, import/export compliance, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, build long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews.
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts by driving revenue and profitability, cross-sell, support new business development, and influence pricing strategies.
  • Oversee complex domestic and international logistics projects, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Manage account financials through quoting, billing, cost control, margin optimization, forecasting, reporting, and revenue target achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with CITES, NOAA, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, and related shipping regulations while managing risk.
  • Mentor and support Account Managers and junior staff, share best practices, resolve issues, and foster teamwork.
  • Partner with senior leadership and global offices to manage key accounts, supporting strategic initiatives and service improvements.
  • Champion service standards, analyze client feedback, lead post-project reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comply with company policies and Health & Safety regulations while acting professionally.

This role combines senior-level client relationshipmanagement, commercial leadership, and operational oversight. You will play akey role in expanding strategic accounts, mentoring junior team members, andcontributing to broader business initiatives and growth strategies.

What You’ll Do:

What We Are Looking For
Education, Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated success managingcomplex, high-value client accounts and revenue-generating portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen with aproven ability to drive account growth, profitability, and clientretention

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, orsupporting junior team members
