What You’ll Do:
Strategic Client Leadership
- Serve as the senior point ofcontact for key and high-value client accounts
- Build & maintain long-termpartnerships and act as a trusted advisor on logistics strategy
- Develop a strong understanding ofclient objectives to identify growth opportunities and enhance servicedelivery
- Lead client meetings,presentations, and business reviews
Revenue Growth & Account Development
- Manage and grow a portfolio ofstrategic accounts, driving revenue expansion and profitability
- Identify cross-selling andupselling opportunities across service lines
- Support new business developmentthrough networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Support leadership and contributeto pricing strategies and market positioning initiatives
Project & Operational Oversight
- Oversee successful execution ofcomplex domestic and international logistics projects from inception tocompletion.
- Ensure projects are delivered ontime, within budget, and to the highest service standards.
- Act as the escalation point foroperational challenges and client issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teamsto ensure seamless delivery across all service areas
Financial Ownership & Performance Management
- Manage account financials,including quoting, billing, cost control, and margin optimization
- Monitor & manage projectprofitability and implement strategic adjustments when needed
- Achieve and exceed individualrevenue targets (increased expectations aligned to seniority)
- Provide forecasting, reporting, andperformance insights to leadership
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure accuracy and compliance ofall regulatory documentation, including CITES, NOAA, and U.S. Fish &Wildlife requirements
- Maintain expertise in internationalshipping regulations and risk management/mitigation
- Ensure all client deliverables meetlegal, insurance, and company standards
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and support Account Managersand junior team members
- Share best practices and contributeto team development
- Provide guidance on complexaccounts and support issue resolution
- Foster a collaborative andhigh-performing team environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior leadership(VPs, Directors, General Manager) on key accounts and strategicinitiatives
- Collaborate with global offices toensure service consistency and excellence
- Support internal processimprovements that increases operational efficiency and enhances clientoutcomes
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Champion service standards andbrand values
- Analyze client feedback andimplement improvements
- Lead post-project reviews to driveoperational efficiency and innovation
General Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalentprofessional experience
- 7-10+ years of account managementexperience within fine art logistics, auction houses, design, luxuryservices, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success managingcomplex, high-value client accounts and revenue-generating portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen with aproven ability to drive account growth, profitability, and clientretention
- In-depth knowledge of logisticsoperations, import/export compliance, and pricing strategies
- Excellent leadership,communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience mentoring, coaching, orsupporting junior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite; experience with HubSpot and Moveware is a plus (training provided)
