Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in account management, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, profitability, and budgeting of assigned accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with agents, warehouses, and internal teams for project execution.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and service recommendations to customers and prospects.
• Negotiate rates with customers and service providers for profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery of documentation and account communications.
• Resolve disputes and service issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements in service and profitability.
• Mentor less experienced Account Managers and share best practices.
• Develop process improvements to enhance account management.
