Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Forward Planner to support the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) with the LOGCAP program. The role focuses on in-depth policy research, contract requirement development, and event scheduling for exercises and operations.

You will collaborate with teams to coordinate day-to-day operations, draft briefings, and monitor ongoing requirements while traveling up to 50% as needed to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Perform independent in-depth research and analysis of current and emerging policy, regulations, directives, or industrial issues.
• Assist with management of day-to-day operations, synchronization, and coordination for the LOGCAP program and provide recommendations on operational issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate and thorough LOGCAP contract requirements packages and screen for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare staff actions and information papers in accordance with Army regulations; coordinate with the local LOGCAP Planner.
• Research and respond to inquiries; monitor events involving ongoing operations and exercises requirements.
• Attend meetings and teleconferences; prepare reports and injections for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL).
• Develop and updates exercise event scheduling requirements.
