Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Strategic Planner to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) initiatives within the Global Logistics and Support Services team. This role involves high-visibility planning at the TS/SCI level and may require CONUS/OCONUS assignments.

The successful candidate will develop staff estimates, plans, orders, and time-phased deployment data while coordinating with COCOMs and Army components. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of HQ experience in Joint/Army headquarters.
• Associate or higher education with extensive Army/DoD staffing experience.
• MEL4/Phase 2 courses and logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ASC visibility at TS/SCI level events.
• Develop staff estimates, COAs, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, and WARNORDs.
• Support COCOMs, HQDA and AMC plans and orders.
• Analyze ASC’s role and mission within the Army.
• Conduct mid- and long-range planning.
• Create Time Phased Force Deployment Data for mobilization.
