Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) on a CONUS/OCONUS contract. The role requires DoD clearance, US citizenship, and extensive experience in logistics planning, procurement, and performance review.

You will develop and maintain LOGCAP requirement packets, provide briefings and training, analyze contractor performance, and monitor theater priorities. Onsite work 5 days a week with travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of logistics/ Army acquisition experience or High School Diploma plus 10 years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience with pre-award procurement activities (analyzing requirements, revising PW statements, procurement/project planning, tracking master schedules).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and evaluate completeness.
• Provide status reports and updates to the Government.
• Offer technical assistance and briefings to customers and government staff.
• Review contractor estimates and change proposals for project planning.
• Monitor theater logistics priorities and participate in daily operations meetings.
• Lead portions of meetings supporting logistics for requiring activity.
