Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role focuses on developing requirements packets, conducting analyses, and coordinating with Government staff and contractors.

Applicants must have an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and relevant logistics experience. Onsite work 5 days a week with travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years Army logistics experience or High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience.
• Experience with pre-award procurement activities (requirements, revisions, procurement planning).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets (data, diagrams, exhibits).
• Provide status reports and updates to Government on requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and briefings to customers and staff.
• Review contractor estimates/proposals for PPRs and change proposals.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities via daily meetings and operations.
