Job summary

Serco is hiring a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support ASC in Zagan, Poland, with CONUS/OCONUS assignments. The role supports LOGCAP contracts, requirement packets, and performance metrics for DoD missions.

You will interact with government staff, contractors, and customers, and may lead meetings while maintaining liaison with stakeholders. A DoD clearance and travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Army logistics planning or equivalent experience; or a High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• 5 years of pre-award procurement experience including analyzing requirements and revising performance work statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Ability to report onsite 5 days a week and to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and assess completeness/suitability.
• Provide recommendations to Branch Chief and requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to Government on requirements and schedules.
• Deliver training and information to customers and Government staff on packet development and reviews.
• Review contractor estimates/proposals in response to PPRs and change proposals.
• Monitor theater priorities through daily operations and staff meetings.
• Lead portions of meetings to support logistics for the requiring activity.
