Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support ASC in Zagan, Poland and other CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and extensive experience in Army logistics planning and procurement.

You will develop and maintain LOGCAP documentation, analyze performance data, and provide technical briefings to government stakeholders. This position requires onsite work 5 days a week with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Army logistics planning or similar experience.
OR High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience.
5 years of pre-award procurement experience (requirements, PW statements, specs).
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets and assess completeness and suitability.
Provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Report status on all requirements, current and future projections.
Deliver training and information to customers and Government staff on packets and schedules.
Review contractor estimates/proposals on project planning and change proposals.
Monitor theater logistics priorities and attend daily ops meetings.
Lead portions of meetings supporting logistics requirements.
