Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command with LOGCAP contract requirements, performance monitoring, and technical briefings.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Army logistics planning/coordination or; a high school diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• 5 years of pre-award procurement activities experience (requirements, revisions, statements).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and travel to remote locations for site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets (TPDs, exhibits, diagrams).
• Screen requirements for completeness, accuracy, and suitability.
• Provide recommendations to Branch Chief or requiring activity.
• Provide status reports to Government on requirements and timelines.
• Deliver briefings and training to customers and staff on packet development and reviews.
• Review contractor estimates and proposals for PPRs and change orders.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities via daily operations and meetings.
• Lead portions of meetings supporting logistics for requiring activity.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, contractors, and program staff.
• Analyze monthly workload to project future quarterly workload.
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings, and information papers on schedules and COPs.
