Job summary

WSP is seeking a Federal Programs Army Project Director to lead A-E services for Army contracts across the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality planning, design, and program management while growing the Federal Programs team and strengthening client and partner relationships.

You will work with regional and national leaders to position WSP as the trusted choice for government clients, manage staff to meet project targets, and ensure compliance with safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Fifteen plus years proposing, negotiating fees, and delivering AE planning, design, and construction-phase oversight for DoD/Army IDIQs.
• Five plus years of multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural team leadership.
• US licensed Architect or Engineer registration.
• Ability to obtain US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Manage large, complex opportunities and pursuits, and coordinate with Client Account Sponsors, Leads, and Managers.
• Drive business development with a focus on winning strategies and differentiators.
• Provide staff assignment, coaching, and career development for aligned PMs and monitor project performance.
