Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Federal Programs Army Project Director to lead the Army portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, coordinating with the Army Portfolio Lead to grow the Federal Programs team. The role involves delivering AE planning, engineering, environmental, and program management services to DoD IDIQ contracts and strengthening client relationships.

The incumbent will manage multidisciplinary teams, forecast project ETCs, ensure quality and compliance, and drive new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years delivering AE planning and design on DoD IDIQ contracts, preferably Army IDIQs.
• 5+ years managing multidisciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
• US licensed Architect or Engineer registration.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.
• Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering, asset management, and program management services.
• Strengthen client and partner relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop aligned PMs and provide resource loading.
• Conduct monthly operational project reviews and publish reports.
• Manage budgets, net revenue, and project risk/mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to SHEQ requirements and quality policies.
