WSP USA is seeking a Federal Programs Army Project Director to lead the Army portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, coordinating with the Army Portfolio Lead to grow the Federal Programs team. WSP is searching for a Federal Programs Army Project Director to work in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region. The position could be based at any WSP USA office in Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; Valhalla, NY; Boston, MA; Glastonbury, CT; or Providence, RI.
The director will focus on executing A‑E services under Army contracts and work with the Army Portfolio Lead to grow the Federal Programs team’s Army program. Responsibilities include delivering engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering, asset management, program management services, strengthening client and partner relationships, and driving new business opportunities.
The role collaborates with operations and delivery leaders across all sectors and with regional and national leadership to position WSP as the preferred choice for clients and employees.

Expected Salary (all locations): $190,200 – $293,900. WSP USA reserves the right to adjust pay and offer additional benefits based on education, experience, skills and location.
