Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Federal Programs Army Project Director to lead the Mid‑Atlantic/Northeast Army portfolio, delivering engineering, architecture, planning, and program management services under Army contracts.

The role focuses on strengthening client and partner relationships, driving new business opportunities, and coordinating with operations and leadership to position WSP as the trusted choice for Federal programs in the region.

Qualifications

15+ years proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering AE planning, design, and construction‑phase oversight for DoD IDIQ contracts.
5+ years managing multi‑disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
US licensed Architect or Engineer (Professional registration).
Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the Federal Programs Army program execution for the Mid‑Atlantic/Northeast region, collaborating with regional and national leadership.
Oversee Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, and Quality Plans to ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery.
Drive net revenue for the portfolio, manage budgets, AR, and unbilled revenue, and support change management.
Coach, develop, and allocate staff to projects; coordinate with Operations, Design Leaders, and Client Sponsors to win and deliver work.
