Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an experienced Federal Programs Army Project Director to lead Army-related efforts within the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, coordinating with regional and national leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering A-E services under Army contracts, guiding project teams, managing budgets and risk, and driving client relationships to win opportunities across the DoD portfolio. A Secret clearance is preferred and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering AE planning, design, and construction-phase oversight services on DoD IDIQ contracts.
• 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
• Professional registration (US licensed Architect or Engineer).
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring SHEQ alignment and accurate ETC forecasts.
• Review and approve project contracts, risk, and pricing, and manage net revenue delivery.
• Provide resource loading, staff assignment, and talent development for aligned PMs.
• Lead strategic marketing and business development for Federal acquisitions with cross-functional teams.
