Job summary

MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in Phoenix, AZ. Lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, and contract requirements are met.

Coordinate contract execution, develop comprehensive QA/QC plans, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding MG2's design excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop Project Charters including QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor project financial status and perform financial reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders and track contract deliverables.
