Job summary

MG2 Design in Irvine, CA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial to lead client programs from design through delivery. You will guide project teams through all phases, manage schedules, budgets and contract milestones, and maintain MG2 standards for design excellence while serving as the primary contact for project communications.

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, budget, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with project proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor financial status and perform periodic reviews with Team Leads or PIC.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce and distribute weekly project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear communication.
