MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial projects in Los Angeles, CA. Lead teams through design to construction, manage contracts, schedules, and budgets, and cultivate strong client relationships while delivering design excellence.

You will oversee project charters, QA/QC, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead project teams through all phases of milestone-based delivery.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting work.
• Develop milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Maintain QA/QC plans for all project work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor and report project financials and invoicing.
