Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead project teams through all phases, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain client relationships.

You will supervise contract execution, prepare charters and QA/QC plans, and support proposals and RFP responses. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License/certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and MG2 quality.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status and conduct intermediate reviews with leadership.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Participate in Quality Control and review of deliverables.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities including RFI/Submittal reviews and site visits.
