Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial projects in Denver, CO. Lead project teams through all design and delivery phases, coordinating contracts, permitting, and construction administration while maintaining design excellence and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases. Ensure deliverables align with contract, schedule, and budget, and meet MG2 standards for quality.
• Ensure required contracts are in place prior to beginning execution of contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans.
• Create and maintain detailed Project Charters including a QA/QC plan.
• Assist with development of project proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor project financial status and conduct regular financial reviews.
