Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in the Fort Worth, TX area. You will lead project teams through all phases—design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration—while managing schedules, budgets, and client communications.

You will drive contract management, create detailed charters and QA/QC plans, and oversee internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases while ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure required contracts are in place before starting execution.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Create Project Charters with a comprehensive QA/QC plan for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and perform regular reviews with Team Leads or PIC.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing; provide weekly project updates.
