Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in Los Angeles. You will lead design and delivery across all project phases, manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and client relations, and supervise project teams to uphold MG2 standards of excellence.

The role emphasizes schedule adherence, financial performance, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensure as a registered architect preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Proficiency with architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; comfortable with collaboration tools like Bluebeam, Miro, Teams.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases while ensuring deliverables meet contractual, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Manage contract documents and ensure required contracts are in place before execution.
• Develop milestone-based schedules and staffing plans for projects.
• Prepare and maintain project charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor project financials and produce regular updates and invoices.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and coordinate communications.
