Job summary

MG2 Corporation in Seattle seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial to join the Client Programs Market. You will lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, managing contracts, schedules, and budgets, and serve as the main client contact.

You will oversee project charters, QA/QC, permitting, and construction administration, monitor financial performance, and foster strong client relationships while upholding MG2's standard of design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses; monitor financial status.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and weekly project updates; lead project meetings.
• Ensure quality control and manage Construction Administration activities.
