Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architecture professional in Risk Technology Consulting to bridge business problems with Archer GRC solutions. You will guide architecture decisions, align with business outcomes, and lead Archer-based engagements across IRM, TPM, BCM, ESG.

You’ll collaborate with clients, mentor junior staff, and maintain certifications while delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years Archer implementation experience in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with impact.
• Track record of complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities including driving outcomes and negotiation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Maintenance of certifications and ongoing developer learning plans.
• Deep Archer Platform knowledge: configuration, data feeds, reports, dashboards, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-related solution delivery.
• Be the subject matter expert on Archer GRC delivery for client engagements.
• Ensure technical deliverables are high quality, on time, and drive business outcomes.
