Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Risk Technology Consulting in New York to manage Archer-based implementations and drive end-to-end delivery. You will lead technical delivery, ensure quality, and bring deep SME knowledge of Archer IRM/GRC across client engagements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, mentor teams, and leverage Agile/Safe delivery practices to solve complex banking industry challenges and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Typically, no less than 3 years relevant Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Track record of complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities including driving outcomes, emotional agility and leading teams.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop thought leadership on Archer capabilities.
• Oversee Archer delivery including IRM/GRC processes and integrations.
• Be SME on Archer GRC solutions and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Coordinate client-facing efforts and manage end-to-end project quality.
