Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, no less than 3 years Archer implementation experience in IRM (GRC) in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on critical technical decisions.
• Experience with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-related solution delivery in client consulting.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC delivery and configurations.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high quality, on time, and valuable.
• Mentor junior team members and manage end-to-end project quality.
