Job summary

Express 4x4 Truck Rental, a Sasser Transportation subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage rental revenues and customer-damage-claims ledgers, monitor aged balances, and drive cash collection across North America. You will coordinate with General Ledger, prepare monthly analyses, and help improve DSO while delivering accurate reporting to management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years AR/collections experience, a BA in accounting, strong Excel and GAAP knowledge,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable or collections experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, strongly preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software (Intacct a plus) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills; GAAP knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Unit AR ledgers for Rental Revenues and Claims
• Coordinate reconciliation with General Ledger
• Monitor past-due accounts and drive collections
• Prepare monthly ledger analyses and reports
• Assist with credit reviews and customer risk assessments
• Provide leadership to junior staff and support bank reconciliations
