Sasser, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and optimize collections for the Express 4x4 Truck Rental unit in Oak Brook, IL.

You will oversee AR ledgers, perform reconciliations with the general ledger, and drive cash flow improvements through delinquency reduction and DSO management. The role requires 5+ years in AR/collections, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with B2B collections.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.
• Ethical, dependable with strong analytical skills.

• Manage AR ledgers for Rental Revenues and Customer Damage Claims.
• Coordinate reconciliation with General Ledger.
• Monitor disputes and collect past-due items.
• Daily B2B collection calls.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly ledger analyses.
• Monitor payment trends and report to management.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff.
• Assist with new customer credit reviews.
• Monitor customer financial health and exposure changes.
