Job summary

WSP in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Services to join our Corporate Finance - AR team. This role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, managing credit and collections, and supporting project teams to secure timely payments.

You will handle a defined portfolio, perform collection calls, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with project accountants and managers to resolve issues and improve DSO. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and credit/collections processes to meet DSO goals.

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, provide copies of invoices as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Accountants and Managers to resolve issues and enable client payment.
• Adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and company policies.
