ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Technician to manage billing and accounts receivable for a portfolio of major automotive customers across the United States. You will work with Operations, Sales, and Project Management to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in high-volume AR, experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, and a proven ability to improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, Billing Administration, or Credit & Collections.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios and high-volume invoicing.
• Experience with large corporate customers in automotive/engineering services is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end invoicing for major automotive customers.
• Review billing data for accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Submit invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with Operations and PMs.
• Monitor receivables, follow up on overdue balances, and prepare aging reports.
• Maintain customer master data and support month-end close activities.
