Altocare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to manage our billing operations and ensure accurate revenue recording. You will handle invoicing, payment processing, posting, and reconciliations, with a focus on data integrity and timely reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, you will collaborate with franchise partners, maintain customer data, and support audits and tax-related tasks while upholding GAAP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 2-4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage billing and billing processes.
• Maintain customer maintenance data in the system.
• Perform invoicing, set up ACH, payment processing, posting, reconciling, and collections.
• Investigate and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies or disputes.
• Communicate with Franchisees on outstanding AR issues.
• Provide reporting including gross sales and aging reports.
