Job summary

Alten USA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Technician to manage the billing and AR for a portfolio of major automotive customers across the United States. You will serve as the primary AR contact, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and dispute resolution to optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume AR, experience with large corporate customers in automotive or related sectors, and strong Excel/ERP skills, with NetSuite familiarity highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing Administration, or Credit & Collections.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios and high-volume invoicing.
• Experience with large corporate customers in automotive/engineering/services sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience in engineering services, consulting, staffing, or project-based organizations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoicing for a portfolio of major automotive customers.
• Review billing data for accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Generate and submit invoices per contract and customer procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project Managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer master data for billing.
