Job summary

You will manage staff, review AR portfolios, collaborate with Billing and Accounting, and drive performance through KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include staff mentoring, KPI reporting, and coordinating with sister teams to ensure seamless collections operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years credit and collections management in a high-volume organization.
• Lead a team of 5+ staff with customer-centric focus.
• Experience with collections systems, receivables, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Collectors to resolve payment issues and improve DSO.
• Review AR portfolios, generate reports, and analyze performance.
• Mentor and train team; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Manage portfolio assignments and KPI reporting across the department.
• Drive performance changes and lead organizational changes as needed.
• Assess staff performance through regular evaluations against KPIs.
