Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking a hands-on Collections Supervisor to lead the AR Collections team, drive timely payments, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires coaching, managing accounts, and navigating complex disputes with confidence.

You will oversee aging, reporting, and analytics, develop SOPs, and serve as the escalation point for payment issues while collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve cash flow and ensure accuracy in accounts.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more employees.
• Strong Accounts Receivable and collections experience.
• Experience managing collection activities across a large customer portfolio.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, customer payment terms, collections processes, claims, deductions, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Monitor daily and weekly workflows and adjust priorities.
