Job summary

Harness is seeking a Senior Customer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer) to join our Customer Success team. You will serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations, delivering hands-on guidance across onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, security engineering, or related roles.
5+ years with Cloud, Containers, CI/CD, DevOps, or AppSec tools and practices.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Own customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
Develop strategic account success plans aligning with customer leadership.
Maintain deep understanding of Harness platform and AppSec modules for AI security.
Analyze usage data to surface adoption gaps and optimization opportunities.
Provide feedback to product management and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
Identify at-risk accounts and drive product adoption goals.
Contribute to CS processes, tools, and enablement content.
Participate in Harness Community forums and reference architectures.
