Job summary

Harness is seeking a Senior Customer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer) to join its Customer Success team. You will act as a technical solution expert for large AppSec customers, designing, implementing and optimizing Harness platform adoption strategies to maximize value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes ecosystem expertise (k8s, helm, release, upgrade, troubleshooting etc).
• In depth Cloud experience - AWS is a must (GCP, Azure good to have) - infra provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, EC2 etc.
• Linux ecosystem.
• Troubleshooting skills for the above.
• Programming (Scripting) experience along with ability to write custom integrations or tailored solutions for customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner of customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and consulting to customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop strategic account success plans to ensure successful operationalization and value realization.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Harness platform and AppSec modules and AI security trends.
• Proactively analyze customer usage data to surface trends, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Bring feedback from customers to product management to improve the solution and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk accounts by performing churn and adoption analysis.
• Contribute to customer success processes, tools, and enablement content.
• Participate in Harness Community forums and help build reference architectures.
