Job summary

Harness seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer - DevOps/SRE to join our Customer Success team. You will own customer implementations, advise on adoption strategies, and work closely with large AppSec customers to optimize the Harness platform for maximum value.

Qualifications

Weeks of 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or related roles.
Experience with cloud infra and security concepts preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations and adoption programs.
Provide hands-on technical guidance across onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
Develop strategic account success plans aligning with customer leadership.
Maintain deep knowledge of Harness AppSec modules and related technologies.
Analyze usage data to surface adoption gaps and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive adoption and optimization.
Conduct regular business reviews and address customer concerns promptly.
Identify at-risk accounts and drive mitigation to meet goals.
Contribute to CS processes, tools, and enablement content.
Engage in Harness Community forums and develop reference architectures.
