Harness, an AI Software Delivery Platform company, is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager for a fully remote role within the United States. You will bridge Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery, shaping service engagements that maximize value from the Harness platform.

You will lead scoping, proposal development, and pricing discussions, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, professional services, solutions consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years as a manager or technical lead in software/DevOps.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience scoping complex technical engagements and developing service proposals.
• Experience forecasting, pricing, and commercial negotiations for services.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping sessions, discovery workshops, and solution discussions to identify the right mix of packaged and custom services.
• Develop and present professional services proposals, solution recommendations, pricing, and SOWs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation Engineering, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and staffing.
• Guide customers through pricing and contractual terms during the sales process.
• Forecast bookings and manage opportunities to achieve PS bookings and margin targets.
• Partner with delivery teams to translate requirements into implementation plans and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Create enablement content to educate internal teams on PS capabilities and offerings.
