You will unlock full value for customers and address challenges they face, joining an all-star team and taking ownership of critical deployments.

Based in Australia, you will work on onboarding, training, and escalation processes, ensuring customers achieve maximum security outcomes while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done" attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
