Job summary

Aikido Security BV is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to work closely with customers after the sale, enabling them to derive real value from the platform. You’ll be at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer teams, digging into technical workflows and solving problems to make Aikido a core security-management tool.

You’ll debug issues, navigate code cloud runtimes, and proactively identify risks while serving as a trusted technical advisor to developers and security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to debug workflows.
• Experience working with developers, security teams, or technical products.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers post-sale to help them get up and running quickly.
• Help teams understand and navigate Aikido across code cloud runtime.
• Debug issues, investigate workflows, and unblock customers when things go wrong.
• Identify risks proactively and help customers get back on track.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and stakeholders.
• Share product feedback directly with product and engineering teams.
