Job summary

Aikido Security BV is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Chicago to help customers extract real value from the platform and become a core part of their security workflow. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, digging into technical workflows and driving outcomes.

You’ll own post‑sale success, guide teams from code to cloud to runtime, and act as a trusted advisor while feeding feedback to the product team.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to dig into workflows.
• Experience working with developers, security teams, or technical products.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers post‑sale to get them up and running quickly.
• Help teams understand and navigate Aikido across code → cloud → runtime.
• Debug issues, investigate workflows, and unblock customers when things don’t work as expected.
• Proactively identify risks and help customers get back on track.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Share product feedback and customer insights directly with our product and engineering teams.
