Job summary
Henkel is seeking a technically strong leader in Adhesive Technologies to drive market initiatives and support key customers across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage product development, launches, and pilot new applications while coordinating global resources for successful commercialization.
The role requires up to 50% travel, deep expertise in adhesives and coatings, and a strong background in electronics/chemistry.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
- Travel up to 50% domestically (US/Canada).
- Strong technical aptitude in electronic, mechanical and chemical domains.
- Experience with printing or coating processes preferred.
- Familiarity with adhesives, functional inks and coatings.
- Aerospace/defense sector experience preferred.
- Experience with antennas, frequency selection and EMI shielding applications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy at customers.
- Drive product launches, manage complaints and develop new applications.
- Lead PD and innovation projects for portfolio gaps with KPI focus.
- Develop technical capability standards for new markets and applications.
- Own North American projects and coordinate global teams for commercialization.
- Oversee lab equipment and ensure onsite safety protocols.
- Provide direct AE support to drive growth with customers.
- Support growth at key accounts and new opportunities.
