Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States seeks a technically skilled contributor to lead market and application initiatives, including new product development and customer deployments. The role requires direct cross-functional leadership and hands-on work with lab teams.

The candidate should have a technical master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (or related) and be prepared for domestic travel; you will work to advance PD, innovations, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred; Chemical/Mechanical acceptable with electronics experience.
• Up to 50% travel, domestically in US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Direct and deploy cross-functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches and new application development.
• Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for key portfolio gaps with KPI applications.
• Own North American sourced projects and coordinate global teams for cross regional development.
• Provide Application Engineering support to drive growth.
• Support, coach and train new customer-facing applications team members.
