Job summary

Henkel Adhesives is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support our Tissue & Towel business. You will deliver technical service, design tailored solutions, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs across North America.

Expect frequent travel and interaction from line operators to corporate teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years of industry experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
3+ years of industry experience, ideally in personal hygiene or adhesives.
Knowledge of water-based adhesives in tissue & towel markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site customer visits for technical service and product recommendations.
Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
Provide high-level support for key accounts and NAMX/global customers.
Coordinate with internal teams (Application Center, Analytical Group, Product Development).
Interact with Operations and Quality teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.
Travel up to 70% to customer sites across North America and Mexico.
